My 3 year old absolutely hates haircuts, and has cried / done everything he can to avoid haircuts whenever we have tried elsewhere previous. Susie has now cut his hair twice, both times have been without tears. She has been willing to cut his hair on the floor when he wasn't comfortable to sit in one of the chairs. Susie has also done two fabulous bob cuts for me. The salon is absolutely lovely and the toy room and family room really set it apart. We live on the Northside, but now that I have found Lavelle, we will continue to travel to Greenslopes for our haircuts.

Was a exciting/nerve racking time for all of us but Sarah made our son and both of us extremely comfortable with the process. She discussed all the options and stages with him and made him feel even more in control of his choice and the fact he was ready to make a big decision and stand by it.
He now loves his new haircut and can't wait to suprise all his friends and family! Cannot fault our experience and would highly recommend Sarah and Lavelle to anyone. Definitely be back
