  I think my life has stooped to a new low reviewing Mcdonalds, but I received the rudest service from the manager tonight, so here I am. I went through the drive-thru and the order was incorrect which seems to happen very often here. I didn't realise until I got home as they had given us a double cheeseburger instead of a normal hamburger. My wife can't eat cheese and we phoned to get it replaced. The manager on the phone gave the impression that she couldn't care less and didn't offer any sort of apology which was a little aggravating but she did agree to replace it. Expectations of service aren't very high in a fast food joint and maybe she was having a bad day so I just ignored it at this point.
  
  I drove all the way back and then had to wait in the massive queue again. When I got to the window, the manager was there as well. I also politely asked if I could have fresh fries with the replacement burger as the ones we got were stale and cold as 45 minutes had passed by now. I was then told she can only replace what was wrong on the order. At this point I started to show my anger and explained I had to waste my time driving back for their error and she thinks it's okay that my wife has to eat cold chips as well. The manager then resentfully offered to replace the chips just this one time, but made a big deal out of it like she was doing us a favour.
  
  In summary, this manager gave some of the worst service I have received in years and I would recommend some training.
